To the tune of the Fields of Athenry:
All round the fields of Vicarage Road Where once we watched the King Marlon (Luther) play We had Ashley (Barnesy) on the wing We had dreams and songs to sing Of the glory round the fields of Vicarage Road.

It's not as though we haven't nicked chants in the past. It's a good idea JB. It's good that people are trying to get involved and creative with new songs. Keep 'em coming guys

Not as if Liverpool didn't steal it off Celtic, Munster and Ireland first though

Lads The yellow order is a great idea so look forward to you improving the atmosphere.
As for the song I wrote the Lyrics and posted them on the 606 website and post them here in full for you to think about.
Outside the Rookery Gates I heard the Watford calling Furphy they have taken you away But you left a great eleven Before you went to heaven Now it’s glory round the Fields of Vicarage Road.
All round the Fields of Vicarage Road Where once we watched the King Luther play (and he could play) We had Barnesy on the wing We had dreams and songs to sing Of the glory round the Fields of Vicarage Road
Outside the Rookery Gates I heard the Watford calling Taylor you may have gone away You led the great tour Back in Wembley in Eighty-four And the Hornets they are still playing the same way
All round the Fields of Vicarage Road Where once we watched the King Luther play (and he could play) We had Barnesy on the wing We had dreams and songs to sing Of the glory round the Fields of Vicarage Road
